Twynam Group is preparing to lodge a Concept State Significant Development Application (SSDA) to transform the site located at 46-52 Nicholson Street and 59-67 Christie Street, St Leonards into a mixed-use precinct comprising Build-to-Rent apartments, commercial office space, ground floor retail and community areas.

The Concept SSDA will seek approval for a maximum building envelope, land uses, maximum gross floor area, loading and vehicular access arrangements, associated car parking and indicative landscaping provision, with detailed design and construction of the building to occur under a future application.
